We're passionate about astronomy, science and space exploration. After visiting Dyer Observatory, we hope you will be too! Public outreach is essential to our mission, and we accomplish this by opening the Observatory to individuals and many organizations.  Over 12,000 people visit us each year.  To make a reservation for an event, please use this form.

Stellar Nights Require a Reservation.

Stellar Nights – special lectures and programs geared for teens and adults "Kids Stellar Nights" are designed for children ages 6-12.  Both of these events typically feature a speaker followed by a telescope viewing, weather permitting.  Stellar Nights are canceled only in the case of severe weather.  Parents please do not leave your children unattended. Cost is $5 per person or $10 per family.

Scheduled nights for 2009 are August 25 (Adult night), September 18 (Kids night), and November 6 (Kids night).

Reservations cannot be accepted more than 60 days in advance.
